A total of 210 1- day old Arbor Acre broiler chicks were randomly distributed into seven dietary treatments of three replicate each in a Completely Randomized Design. The diet consist basal diet (control, D1), control with 3% ginger (D2), 3% roselle (D3), 3% garlic (D4), 1.5% each of ginger + garlic (D5), ginger + roselle (D6) and 500IU vitamin E (D7). Data generated were subjected to One Way ANOVA using IBM SPSS version 21. The average daily gain, average daily feed intake and feed conversion ratio were not different (P>0.05) from the control, while nutrient digestibility were significant (Pgarlic and ginger-roselle supplementation improved serum total proteins of broiler chickens. Inclusion of natural antioxidant in the diets of broiler is hereby advocated.", issn = "23483997", journal = "IJRAS", keywords = "Ginger, Garlic, Roselle, Serum, Carcass", month = "September", number = "5", pages = "143-152", title = "{G}rowth {P}erformance and {C}arcass {C}haracteristics of {B}roiler {C}hicken {F}ed {D}iet {S}upplemented with {G}inger ({Z}ingiber {O}fficinale), {G}arlic ({A}llium {S}ativum), {R}oselle ({H}ibiscus {S}abdariffa) and their {C}ombinations", volume = "6", year = "2019", }
